We have been gifted this years Harry Potter advent calendar from Kellica and if you thought last year’s one couldn’t be topped then you won’t believe this years! If you didn’t know already then I am a huge Harry Potter fan who loves the items from Kellica so this advent calendar turning up was like all my christmases had come at once.
When you first receive the calendar you will notice that it opens in the same way as a potions cabinet and this works really well as one of the gifts is a padlock and key so it means you can keep your gifts safe from muggles and death eaters. The calendar itself contains £130 worth of jewellery and accessories and this includes many exclusive items which can’t be bought elsewhere or outside of the advent calendar.
I really like the luxury feel of the 2023 advent calendar and that it works out as storage as well much like last years tin book. You can choose to display the calendar open or closed as the doors have a magnet in them so they will stay shut even if knocked over. This works well for me as I would love to display it open but with kids around who have magpie senses, I have had to keep it closed and away from them if I stand any chance of opening them myself.
I don’t want to spoil it with telling you what is inside but if you keep an eye on tiktok and instagram over the next few weeks I will be unboxing it and showing you each day and my favourites too! I will tell you though that the mixture of items is brilliant. It isn’t all jewellery, there is a mix of keyrings, lanyards, Christmas decorations and more. It really is the best advent calendar on the market for a Harry Potter fan – hands down and I would say this even if we hadn’t been sent it.
